An INTJ's Approach to Neuroplasticity

A visually compelling image featuring a serene, modern workspace. The scene includes an open journal with intricate sacred geometry sketches, a pen resting on the page, and a few highlighted verses from the Quran in both Arabic and English. Nearby, there’s a stack of books on neuroplasticity and personality theory, symbolizing intellectual depth. Soft, natural light filters through a window, illuminating a peaceful and contemplative environment, perfect for self-reflection an

Harnessing Neuroplasticity and MBTI for Personal Evolution

Weekly Writing Program Outline

  1. Day 1: Surah Yasin

    • Write 9 verses in Arabic and English.
  2. Day 2: Surah An-Nas

    • Write 8 verses from Part 30.
  3. Day 3: Surah Ar-Rahman

    • Write 5 verses in Arabic and English.
  4. Day 4: Surah Al-Fath

    • Write 4 verses in Arabic and English.
  5. Day 5: Surah Al-Waqia

    • Write 3 verses in Arabic and English.
  6. Day 6: Surah Kahf

    • Write 2 verses in Arabic and English.
  7. Day 7: Surah Maryam

    • Write 1 verse in Arabic and English.
This program does not HAVE to be done in daily spurts for those who can write the Arabic Script faster, it can be done in a day, in fact for the first week, I recommend that the week's practices be completed as fast as time and ability allow in order to activate the entire spectrum but from there on forth you can do the daily verses.  Again, it does not HAVE to be completed quickly first time, but it will ensure complete activation.

Another point that I would like to make - make sure that the reading for the day and week has been completed before moving on to the writing.

A cozy reading nook featuring a comfortable armchair draped with a soft, hand-crocheted afghan blanket, adding a personal and creative touch. A side table holds a cup of tea and a stack of books on self-growth and spirituality. Natural light streams through a large window, creating a warm, inviting glow. The space exudes tranquility and encourages deep reading and personal reflection, blending comfort with a sense of creative energy. This image inspires readers to craft their own nurturing environment, combining the warmth of handmade elements with the serenity of a dedicated reading space.
Continuous Cycle:

  • Post-Week Cycle:
    • After completing the weekly cycle, begin again.
    • Progress through Surah Taha, Surah Al-Fatihah, and Surah Al-Baqara when you finish the current cycle with Surah Yasin and Surah Ar-Rahman.
  • Instructions for Each Day:
  1. Reflection and Contemplation:

    • After writing each verse, take a few moments to reflect on its meaning.
    • Journal about any personal insights, emotions, or thoughts that arise.
  2. Annotations:

    • Annotate your thoughts and reflections in the margins of your writing or in a separate journal.
    • Consider noting how the verses relate to your personal life or current experiences.
  3. Repetition and Consistency:

    • Repeat the cycle weekly to ensure continuous engagement and deepening of understanding.

This approach encourages not only the memorization and understanding of the verses but also fosters a deeper personal connection and reflection on the teachings.  It was created under the guidance of the Imams (as) over an extended period of time - my life path and mission.

The foundational system must be in place before moving on to this advanced and neuroplasticity program in order NOT TO disturb the balance of nafs and ruh.  The "Program" has been circulating social media since 2019 but I will post it here as time allows.

Increasing Speed: For those who are able to write the Qur'an with flowing speed, I recommend beginning with Du'a Kumayl for 9 verses, and then Surah Yasin with 8 and so on until you reach surah Taha for 1 verse.

What does this do? It deletes negative programs and replaces with the Qur'an since Du'a Kumayl is a powerful form of Tawba.  I will be adjusting for further changes (there are deepening measures for advanced writers that I have done over a 12 year period) so keep checking back to this post.  In sha Allah.
